We continue to monitor Government advice at this time in relation to Covid 19.

Should guidelines limit or cancel the event you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking over to the next PDS Summit.

Should you develop Covid or symptoms you will be offered a substitution to attend in your place.

​​​​​​​Should you be unable to attend due to personal circumstances, you will be offered a substitution to attend in your place.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • BACS (against invoice). Please note we are unable to issue invoices to the public sector without a purchase order number
  • Credit card payment. To pay by card please call CJS on 0333 222 4061. Please note that a 2.5% processing fee will apply to payments on a corporate card.

If you are registering as a public sector delegate and wish to pay against an invoice you must provide a purchase order (PO) number.

It will be a requirement of your organisation that you provide a PO to ensure payment can be made.

If you are unsure if you require a PO, or are having difficulties in obtaining one, please contact CJS on 0333 222 4061.

Joining instructions will be sent in the two weeks prior to the summit via an automated email.

Please keep an eye on spam/junk folders if you have not received your email.

Should you wish to change your registration details, or if you need to make a substitution, this can be made at no additional charge at any time prior to the summit. 

You can change the details by logging back into your booking or alternatively, please contact CJS on 0333 222 4061.
